One of the problems I encountered when I started running was my music playlist. I have tons of songs in my iPod and I only know a few upbeat songs. In my attempt to solve this problem, I started downloading top 40 compilations of different countries and it actually helped For those who are encountering the same problem, I’m sharing my first playlist for running, enjoy!
