RETURN AND EXCHANGE

We are trying our best to post all the necessary product information, publish product photos that are of high quality, and inspect everything for possible product damage before shipping. But there are some instances that there may be lapses on the buyer or the seller’s part. On those rare instances, these are our terms and conditions for returns and exchange:

• We do not accept returns on any types of jewelry because these are carefully inspected before shipped; for security purposes of the seller; and for hygienic purposes.

PRODUCT SHIPMENT

Shipping rates vary depending on the courier, weight of the items, declared cost of the items, and delivery location. Note that shipping cost will be shouldered by the buyer.

Once your orders are complete and fully paid, we will ship your orders within 2 to 3 days and post the tracking number of your orders via our Facebook wall and your email address. If you are within Manila, you will receive your order the next working day and if outside Manila, after 2 to 3 working days.

After the parcel is forwarded to the courier, we have no control over it, so we will not hold any risks of missing or damaged items during delivery. We shall not be liable for any damages or lost items due to courier’s mishandling.
