At Last!
When we were shopping for kitchen tiles, nakita namin etong mosaic na to sa home depot and I instantly fell in love. I thought about using this color scheme for our kitchen and sana to use the mosaic mismo sa kitchen walls, kaso.. mahal. Pero kahit pa, di ako nawalan ng pag-asa, we just bought this shade of brown from the palette below for our countertop. As for the cabinets, we will use this shade of green (olive sa paningin ko, pistacho daw sabi ni interior designer) and beige. for the kitchen nook naman, maroon – the shade of red that Starbucks use.
After shopping for lights sa Soler/Arangke last weekend, we visited the site to deliver some goodies that we received from the wedding…
and surprise surprise! May nangyari na! nakatayo na ang aking kitchen nook, dresser, and TV stand weee!

New Home
Konting tiis nalang babies =( Magkakabahay na din tayo … Eto na, lapit na…
Meanwhile, busy busyhan muna sa paghanap ng furnitures na babagay sa pinagawa naming kitchen and bedroom cabinets. hmmm
So far so good, we have already bought several items:
- Bed from Philux – in fairness, real wood cya and wla talagang yumayaning kahit balyahin mo pa yung bed… hmm pede pede!
- TV stand from SM Appliance – sorry no picture available, diko nakuhanan eh =D Saka nalang pag nabuo na namin cya.
- Tiles for our kithen – we decided na heavy duty tiles nalang ang ilagay sa countertop kasi oa naman talaga to the max ang granite and lalo na ang synthetic marble or granite. Dark brown for kitchen countertop and off-white for the wall.
- Trolley/Push Cart – we decided to buy this kase naman wlang ganto pala sa building kaloka! Binuhat tuloy ni bq lahat ng tiles, macho man!
